Finetech est fi\u00e8re de proposer des solutions automatis\u00e9es <\/b><\/strong>tablette<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0proposant des solutions de comptage \u00e0 ses clients en Azerba\u00efdjan.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Contexte du client<\/strong><\/h2>

Le client azerba\u00efdjanais est un petit fabricant pharmaceutique local sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires et les produits de sant\u00e9. Il a r\u00e9cemment lanc\u00e9 un nouvel emballage pour des flacons de 60 g\u00e9lules. Il a donc besoin d'une machine \u00e0 compter les comprim\u00e9s pour remplir ces nouveaux emballages. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de participer au Salon CPHI & PMEC 2026<\/span><\/a> \u00e0 Shanghai, en Chine, dans l'espoir d'acheter sur place une machine \u00e0 compter les comprim\u00e9s enti\u00e8rement automatique.<\/p>

D'abord <\/strong>C<\/strong>Contact<\/strong><\/h2>

Le dernier jour du salon, l'\u00e9quipe du client azerba\u00efdjanais est venue \u00e0 notre stand dans le hall N3<\/strong> pour un test de fonctionnement sur site. Nous avons retir\u00e9 le capot de la machine \u00e0 compter les g\u00e9lules et avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son capteur photo\u00e9lectrique interne. Nous avons guid\u00e9 le client dans la configuration des param\u00e8tres de remplissage et la r\u00e9alisation d'essais de fonctionnement.<\/p>

Le client a vid\u00e9 les comprim\u00e9s de chaque flacon et a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 manuellement chaque comptage \u00e0 deux reprises. Il a confirm\u00e9 que tous les comptages \u00e9taient corrects. Il poursuit les n\u00e9gociations avec l'\u00e9quipe Finetech concernant les d\u00e9tails de la machine.<\/p>

Transaction <\/strong>D<\/strong>D\u00e9tails<\/strong><\/h2>

Une fois que le client azerba\u00efdjanais est rentr\u00e9 dans son pays, nous avons eu plusieurs \u00e9changes de suivi. Nous avons finalement conclu la transaction \u00e0 un prix satisfaisant pour les deux parties.<\/p>

Nous avons men\u00e9 Essai de r\u00e9ception en usine (FAT)<\/span><\/a> sur notre mat\u00e9riel disponible en stock et avons modifi\u00e9 le circuit d'alimentation afin de l'adapter aux sp\u00e9cifications standard d'Azerba\u00efdjan en mati\u00e8re de tension et de capacit\u00e9. Les marchandises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exp\u00e9di\u00e9es dans les sept jours suivant la commande.<\/p>

Au terme d'un d\u00e9lai de livraison d'une demi-mois, le client a bien re\u00e7u la machine. Finetech a imm\u00e9diatement organis\u00e9 une visioconf\u00e9rence en ligne afin de fournir des instructions d'utilisation compl\u00e8tes, notamment sur le r\u00e9glage des param\u00e8tres des boutons, les proc\u00e9dures d'assemblage en ligne et l'entretien quotidien de l'\u00e9quipement.<\/p>
