Sormak yerine, <em><i>\u201cTam g\u00fcvenli limit nedir?\u201d<\/i><\/em>\u00a0OEB daha basit bir soru sormaktad\u0131r: <em><i>\u201cBu malzeme di\u011ferlerine k\u0131yasla ne kadar zehirli?\u201d<\/i><\/em><\/p><p>OEB'ler, yeni ila\u00e7lar\u0131n resmi bir maruz kalma s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 belirlemek i\u00e7in yeterli veriye sahip olmamas\u0131 nedeniyle olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n belirli bir s\u00fcre boyunca (genellikle 8 saatlik bir i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc) havada maruz kalabilece\u011fi maksimum madde miktar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlar. Havan\u0131n izlenmesi OEL'nin alt\u0131nda maruziyet oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyorsa, riskin kontrol alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu kabul edilir.<\/p><p>OEL'ler bilimsel toksikoloji verileri kullan\u0131larak elde edilir. Benzer \u015fekilde, OEL, hen\u00fcz mevcut de\u011filse, erken s\u0131n\u0131rlama stratejilerini se\u00e7menize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olamaz.<\/p><h2><strong><b>\u0130la\u00e7ta OEB ve OEL Birlikte Nas\u0131l \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r?<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><p>Maruziyet kontrol\u00fc, erken planland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve daha sonra do\u011fruland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda en iyi \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. \u0130la\u00e7 end\u00fcstrisinde OEB ve OEL tam olarak bu \u015fekilde birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r. Erken A\u015fama Bile\u015fik \u0130\u015fleme<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>Erken geli\u015ftirme a\u015famas\u0131nda, bile\u015fikler genellikle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 toksikoloji verilerine sahiptir. Ayr\u0131ca, hava izleme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 OEL ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n alt\u0131nda kal\u0131rsa, s\u0131n\u0131rlama stratejisi onaylan\u0131r; aksi takdirde onaylanmaz.<\/p><h3><strong><b>3. Ekipman B\u00f6lgelendirme ve Hava Ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 Kararlar\u0131<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>Tesis yerle\u015fimi ve hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 tasar\u0131m\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde erken risk s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131na dayan\u0131r. OEB, ekipman\u0131n nereye yerle\u015ftirilmesi ve alanlar\u0131n nas\u0131l ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin belirlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p><p>Daha y\u00fcksek OEB s\u00fcre\u00e7leri tipik olarak negatif bas\u0131n\u00e7, \u00f6zel hava i\u015fleme sistemleri ve k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 eri\u015fime sahip kontroll\u00fc b\u00f6lgelerde yer al\u0131r. Alternatif olarak, daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck OEB faaliyetlerine ortak veya genel alanlarda izin verilebilir.<\/p><p>OEL daha sonra hava ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 do\u011frulamas\u0131n\u0131 destekler. Laboratuvardan Ticari \u00dcretime \u00d6l\u00e7eklendirme<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>Bir tesis her \u00f6l\u00e7ek b\u00fcy\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, yeni maruziyet riskleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Daha b\u00fcy\u00fck parti boyutlar\u0131, daha y\u00fcksek verim ve daha uzun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri potansiyel maruziyeti art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p><p>OEB'nin \u00f6l\u00e7ek b\u00fcy\u00fctme s\u0131ras\u0131nda tutarl\u0131l\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yer buras\u0131d\u0131r. Bile\u015fi\u011fin laboratuvar, pilot ve ticari a\u015famalarda ayn\u0131 tehlike zihniyetiyle ele al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Burada OEL, s\u00fcre\u00e7ler de\u011fi\u015ftik\u00e7e ger\u00e7ek maruz kalma seviyelerini do\u011frulayarak her ad\u0131mda hassasiyet katar.<\/p><h2><strong><b>OEB'ler Uygulamada Nas\u0131l Atan\u0131yor?<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><p>OEB g\u00f6revlendirmesi yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir karar s\u00fcrecidir. Tek bir rakamla bitmese de net ad\u0131mlar izler.<\/p><h3><strong><b>1. Mevcut Toksikoloji Verilerini Toplay\u0131n<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>\u0130lk ad\u0131m, bile\u015fik hakk\u0131nda mevcut t\u00fcm toksikoloji bilgilerini toplamakt\u0131r.
