Her tepside, t\u00fcp boyutuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 144 ile 288 aras\u0131nda t\u00fcp bulunur.<\/p><p>5.6.1.2 Tepsiyi, makinenin arkas\u0131ndaki y\u00fckleme yata\u011f\u0131na aktar\u0131n. Tepsiyi, boru boyunlar\u0131 toplama koluna bakacak \u015fekilde hizalay\u0131n.<\/p><p>5.6.1.3 Alma kolu, tepsiden her seferinde tek bir t\u00fcp\u00fc kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in vakum ventuzlar\u0131 kullan\u0131r. Yan paneldeki vakum g\u00f6stergesini kontrol edin. 400 mm Hg\u2019nin alt\u0131ndaki bir de\u011fer, emi\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn zay\u0131f oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p><p>5.6.1.4 Tepsideki t\u00fcp \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n HMI\u2019daki tarif ayar\u0131yla uyumlu oldu\u011funu kontrol edin. Hasarl\u0131 t\u00fcpler, y\u00f6nlendirme istasyonunda s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmalara neden olur.<\/p><h3><strong><b>5.6.2 T\u00fcp Y\u00f6nlendirme ve G\u00f6z \u0130\u015fareti Okuyucu:<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>5.6.2.1 Bask\u0131l\u0131 t\u00fcplerin \u00fczerinde, \u00f6n tasar\u0131m\u0131n hizalamas\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen bir referans i\u015fareti bulunur. Makine, m\u00fch\u00fcrleme a\u015famas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce her bir t\u00fcp\u00fc, tasar\u0131m\u0131n do\u011fru y\u00f6ne bakacak \u015fekilde hizalamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.2.2 Y\u00f6nlendirme istasyonu, g\u00f6z i\u015faretini tespit etmek i\u00e7in optik bir sens\u00f6r kullan\u0131r. Sens\u00f6r merce\u011fi temiz olmal\u0131 ve \u00fcr\u00fcn kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7ermemelidir.<\/p><p>5.6.2.3 Her partinin ba\u015f\u0131nda sens\u00f6re g\u00f6z i\u015fareti desenini \u00f6\u011fretin. Do\u011fru y\u00f6nde yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir t\u00fcp\u00fc sens\u00f6r\u00fcn alt\u0131na tutun ve \u201c\u00d6\u011fren\u201d d\u00fc\u011fmesine bas\u0131n.<\/p><p>5.6.2.4 Manuel modda be\u015f t\u00fcp \u00fczerinde y\u00f6nlendirme testini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirin. Doldurma a\u015famas\u0131na ge\u00e7ilmeden \u00f6nce her bir t\u00fcpte resim \u00f6n tarafa bakacak \u015fekilde yerle\u015ftirilmelidir.<\/p><p>5.6.2.5 T\u00fcp\u00fcn hizas\u0131 bozuk \u00e7\u0131karsa, y\u00f6nlendirme kab\u0131n\u0131n d\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 ayarlay\u0131n. D\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olursa g\u00f6z i\u015fareti \u0131skalanabilir. D\u00f6nme h\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcksek olursa hedef konumun \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ilebilir.<\/p><h3><strong><b>5.6.3 \u00dcr\u00fcn Haznesi ve Ceket:<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>5.6.3.1 \u00dcr\u00fcn haznesi, 20 ila 50 litre kapasiteli, ceketli bir paslanmaz \u00e7elik kapt\u0131r. Ceket, yar\u0131 kat\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnleri dolum s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda tutmak i\u00e7in s\u0131cak su dola\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.3.2 Su ceketi hatlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k kontrol \u00fcnitesine ba\u011flay\u0131n. Hedef s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z partiye ait \u00fcr\u00fcn b\u00fcltenine g\u00f6re ayarlay\u0131n.<\/p><p>5.6.3.3 \u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcst kapaktan hazneye doldurun. Temiz bir paslanmaz kep\u00e7e veya \u00fcr\u00fcn aktar\u0131m pompas\u0131 kullan\u0131n. Maksimum seviye \u00e7izgisini a\u015facak \u015fekilde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 doldurmay\u0131n.<\/p><p>5.6.3.4 Hazne kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck h\u0131zda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, topaklar\u0131 par\u00e7alar ve i\u015flem s\u00fcresince \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0131vam\u0131n\u0131n sabit kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p><p>5.6.3.5 \u0130lk t\u00fcp makineye girmeden \u00f6nce, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn dolum s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 15 ila 30 dakika bekleyin. So\u011fuk bir \u00fcr\u00fcn d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir \u015fekilde doldurulamaz.<\/p><h3><strong><b>5.6.4 Dolum Nozulu ve Dozaj Sistemi:<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>5.6.4.1 Dolum nozulu, a\u00e7\u0131k arka u\u00e7tan t\u00fcp\u00fcn i\u00e7ine girer. Nozul, t\u00fcp\u00fcn i\u00e7ine do\u011fru al\u00e7al\u0131r, yukar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karken dozu verir ve geri emme hareketiyle geri \u00e7ekilir.<\/p><p>5.6.4.2 Dolum hacmini dozaj ekran\u0131ndan ayarlay\u0131n. Bu aral\u0131k, makine modeline ve nozul setine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 2 gram ile 150 gram aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p><p>5.6.4.3 Geri \u00e7ekme i\u015flevi, her dolumun sonunda \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc noz\u00fcle do\u011fru \u00e7eker. Bu i\u015flem, d\u0131\u015f boruda \u00fcr\u00fcn iplik\u00e7iklerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00fcr\u00fcn damlamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nler.<\/p><p>5.6.4.4 Nozul \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131 boru a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na uygun hale getirin. \u00c7ok geni\u015f bir nozul, boru duvarlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131y\u0131r\u0131r. \u00c7ok dar bir nozul ise \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00fcksek h\u0131zda etrafa s\u0131\u00e7rat\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.4.5 Nozulu, taretteki her bir t\u00fcp yuvas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine ortalay\u0131n. Yanl\u0131\u015f konumland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir nozul, doldurma stroku s\u0131ras\u0131nda t\u00fcp\u00fc b\u00fckebilir veya delebilir.<\/p><h2><strong>5.7 S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k Y\u00f6ntemleri:<\/strong><\/h2><h3><strong><b>5.7.1 Al\u00fcminyum Boru S\u0131kma:<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>5.7.1.1 Al\u00fcminyum t\u00fcpler, a\u00e7\u0131k u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n katlan\u0131p k\u0131vr\u0131lmas\u0131yla kapat\u0131l\u0131r. Bu k\u0131vr\u0131m, \u00fcr\u00fcn s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve hava giri\u015fini \u00f6nleyen hava ge\u00e7irmez bir kapak olu\u015fturur.<\/p><p>5.7.1.2 \u0130lk katlama, borunun ucunu d\u00fczle\u015ftirir. \u0130kinci katlama ise d\u00fcz k\u0131sm\u0131 ikiye katlar. Bas\u0131nc\u0131n \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olmas\u0131, nakliye s\u0131ras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131labilecek gev\u015fek bir k\u0131vr\u0131ma neden olur.<\/p><p>5.7.1.4 Her \u00fcretimden \u00f6nce k\u0131vr\u0131m \u00e7enelerinin y\u00fczeylerini yumu\u015fak bir f\u0131r\u00e7a ile temizleyin. \u00c7ene y\u00fczeyinde kurumu\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn, k\u0131vr\u0131m desenine bula\u015f\u0131r ve g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr lekeler olu\u015fturur.<\/p><p>5.7.1.5 \u0130lk 10 t\u00fcp\u00fcn k\u0131vr\u0131m g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kontrol edin. K\u0131vr\u0131mlar paralel olmal\u0131 ve \u00e7atlak, yar\u0131k veya d\u00fczensiz k\u0131vr\u0131m \u00e7izgileri i\u00e7ermemelidir.<\/p><h3><strong><b>5.7.2 Plastik ve Laminat T\u00fcplerin Is\u0131yla Kaynaklanmas\u0131:<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>5.7.2.1 Plastik ve laminat t\u00fcpler, k\u0131vr\u0131lma yerine \u0131s\u0131 ile kapat\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130ki \u00e7ene yumu\u015fayan plasti\u011fi birbirine bast\u0131rmadan \u00f6nce s\u0131cak hava a\u00e7\u0131k ucu yumu\u015fat\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.7.2.2 S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k istasyonundaki s\u0131cak hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayarlay\u0131n. Bu aral\u0131k, laminat t\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 250 \u00b0C ile 450 \u00b0C aras\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.7.2.3 S\u0131cak hava bekleme s\u00fcresini boru duvar kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re ayarlay\u0131n. \u0130nce duvarl\u0131 borular 0,5 saniyede s\u0131zd\u0131rmaz hale gelir. Kal\u0131n duvarl\u0131 borular i\u00e7in ise 2 saniyeye kadar s\u00fcre gerekebilir.<\/p><p>5.7.2.4 S\u0131cak hava a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u00e7eneleri kapan\u0131r.
