Bu prosed\u00fcr, son shrink sarma i\u015flemi i\u00e7in s\u00f6z konusu hattan ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm \u00fcr\u00fcn formatlar\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p><h2><strong>3.0 SORUMLULUK:<\/strong><\/h2><p>Paketleme Operat\u00f6r\u00fc ve Hat Sorumlusu<\/p><h2><strong>4.0 SORUMLULUK:<\/strong><\/h2><p>Paketleme Sorumlusu.<\/p><h2><strong>5.0 \u0130\u015eLEM:<\/strong><\/h2><p>5.1 Makineye yakla\u015f\u0131n ve iyice inceleyin. Herhangi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce, \u201cTEM\u0130ZLEND\u0130\u201d etiketinin h\u00e2l\u00e2 \u00e7er\u00e7eve \u00fczerinde oldu\u011fundan emin olun.<\/p><p>5.2 Makine Kay\u0131t Defteri\u2019ne i\u015f ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 bilgilerini girin. S\u0131cak hava, t\u00fcnelin giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00fcflenir. Kesik kenarlar cildi kesebilecek kadar keskin olabilir.<\/p><p>5.5.7 T\u00fcnel \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evresini bo\u015f tutun. Konvey\u00f6r\u00fcn yak\u0131n\u0131ndayken sa\u00e7 filesi tak\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p><p>5.5.9 A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki haftal\u0131k g\u00fcvenlik kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirin ve imzalanm\u0131\u015f kay\u0131t belgesini dosyalay\u0131n:<\/p><p>5.5.9.1 Ana kesiciyi devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131n. HMI ekran\u0131n\u0131n birka\u00e7 saniye i\u00e7inde karard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin.<\/p><p>5.5.9.2 Acil durdurma d\u00fc\u011fmesine bas\u0131n. S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u00e7enesi ve konvey\u00f6r ayn\u0131 anda durmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.5.9.3 Her bir koruma kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 tek tek a\u00e7\u0131n. Her seferinde tahrik sistemi devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kalmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.5.9.4 T\u00fcnelin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k kesme sistemini test edin. Ayar noktas\u0131n\u0131 kesme s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n biraz \u00fczerine y\u00fckseltin ve \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n kesme de\u011ferinde kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frulay\u0131n.<\/p><p>5.5.9.5 Kontrol tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Haftal\u0131k G\u00fcvenlik Kay\u0131t Formu\u2019nu imzalay\u0131n.<\/p><h3><strong>5.6 Makine Ayarlar\u0131:<\/strong><\/h3><h4><strong><b>5.6.1 Film Makaras\u0131 Tutucusu:<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p>5.6.1.1 Herhangi bir film makineye yerle\u015ftirilmeden \u00f6nce, konvey\u00f6r zamanlamas\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u00e7ubu\u011funun strokuyla uyumlu oldu\u011funu do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in be\u015f bo\u015f d\u00f6ng\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Makaray\u0131 y\u00fcklemeden \u00f6nce zamanlama sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 giderin.<\/p><p>5.6.1.2 \u0130lgili parti i\u00e7in do\u011fru film makaras\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7in. Film t\u00fcr\u00fc, geni\u015fli\u011fi ve kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131, parti kay\u0131t\u0131ndaki paket boyutuyla tam olarak uyumlu olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.1.3 Makaray\u0131 milin \u00fczerine kayd\u0131r\u0131n ve flan\u015fa kadar itin. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda makaran\u0131n yana do\u011fru kaymamas\u0131 i\u00e7in kilitleme halkas\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131n.<\/p><p>5.6.1.4 Filmi, takma etiketinde g\u00f6sterilen s\u0131rayla k\u0131lavuz silindirlerinden ge\u00e7irin. Yanl\u0131\u015f s\u0131rayla tak\u0131lan film, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7ubu\u011funda k\u0131r\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.1.5 Makara tutucusundaki fren d\u00fc\u011fmesini kullanarak film gerginli\u011fini ayarlay\u0131n. Gev\u015fek film sarkar. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 gergin film ise kullan\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda kopar.<\/p><p>5.6.1.6 Makineyi yava\u015f\u00e7a ileri-geri hareket ettirin ve bir dakika boyunca film kenar\u0131n\u0131 izleyin. Yava\u015f bir yana kayma, makaran\u0131n hizas\u0131z oldu\u011fu ve yeniden yerle\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p><h4><strong><b>5.6.2 Konvey\u00f6r ve Besleme:<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p>5.6.2.1 HMI \u00fczerinden konvey\u00f6r h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 istenen \u00fcretim miktar\u0131na uygun olarak ayarlay\u0131n. Tipik bir shrink hatt\u0131, dakikada 20 ila 40 paket h\u0131z\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.2.2 Besleme k\u0131lavuz raylar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn geni\u015fli\u011fine g\u00f6re ayarlay\u0131n. Her iki tarafta yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 mm\u2019lik bir bo\u015fluk, uygun a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k mesafesidir.<\/p><p>5.6.2.3 Besleme noktas\u0131ndaki fotoelektrik sens\u00f6r\u00fcn temiz olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin. Tozlu bir fotoelektrik sens\u00f6r, \u00fcr\u00fcnleri alg\u0131layamayabilir veya hatal\u0131 d\u00f6ng\u00fcleri tetikleyebilir.<\/p><p>5.6.2.4 Bir test \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc y\u00fckleyin ve besleme hatt\u0131 boyunca izledi\u011fi yolu g\u00f6zlemleyin. \u00dcr\u00fcn, hareket y\u00f6n\u00fcne dik olarak film t\u00fcp\u00fcne girmelidir.<\/p><h4><strong>5.6.3 S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u0130stasyonu:<\/strong><\/h4><p>5.6.3.1 S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k istasyonu, makine modeline ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u0131s\u0131tmal\u0131 bir L \u00e7ubu\u011fu veya bir yan s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k \u00e7enesi kullan\u0131r. \u00c7ubuk, filmi tek bir hareketle keser ve s\u0131zd\u0131rmaz hale getirir.<\/p><p>5.6.3.2 HMI'da \u00e7ubuk s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayarlay\u0131n. Poliolefin film i\u00e7in uygun aral\u0131k 160 ila 200 \u00b0C'dir. PVC film ise yakla\u015f\u0131k 140 ila 160 \u00b0C gibi daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir s\u0131cakl\u0131kta i\u015flenir.<\/p><p>5.6.3.3 \u00c7ubu\u011fun so\u011fuk durumdan \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 10 ila 15 dakika bekleyin. \u00c7ubuk ayar noktas\u0131na ula\u015fmadan bir paket \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n zay\u0131f olmas\u0131na neden olur.<\/p><p>5.6.3.4 \u00c7ubuk \u00fczerindeki Teflon k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 kontrol edin. A\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015f veya y\u0131rt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir k\u0131l\u0131f, contada s\u00fcrt\u00fcnme izleri b\u0131rak\u0131r. K\u0131l\u0131f hasarl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyorsa, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirin.<\/p><p>5.6.3.5 Bekleme s\u00fcresini ayarlay\u0131n. \u00c7ubuk, filmin kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 0,5 ila 1,5 saniye boyunca filmin \u00fczerinde kalmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><h4><strong><b>5.6.4 S\u0131cak \u015eekillendirme T\u00fcneli:<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p>5.6.4.1 Shrink t\u00fcneli, bir \u00fcfleyiciden gelen s\u0131cak havay\u0131 kullanarak ambalaj\u0131n etraf\u0131ndaki filmi b\u00fcz\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcr. Shrink sonucunu belirleyen iki fakt\u00f6r vard\u0131r: t\u00fcnel s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bant h\u0131z\u0131.<\/p><p>5.6.4.2 HMI \u00fczerinden t\u00fcnel s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayarlay\u0131n. 150 ila 190 \u00b0C aral\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fu film i\u00e7in uygundur; daha kal\u0131n filmler i\u00e7in ise daha y\u00fcksek de\u011ferler tercih edilmelidir.<\/p><p>5.6.4.3 Herhangi bir paket girmeden \u00f6nce t\u00fcnelin ayarlanan s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bekleyin. So\u011fuk durumdan \u0131s\u0131nma s\u00fcresi yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 ila 20 dakikad\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.4.4 T\u00fcnel band\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131, her paketin i\u00e7inde 8 ila 12 saniye kalacak \u015fekilde ayarlay\u0131n. H\u0131z \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek olursa paket gev\u015fek olur. H\u0131z \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olursa film yanar.<\/p><p>5.6.4.5 T\u00fcnel egzoz fan\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin. Fan, duman\u0131 t\u00fcnelden d\u0131\u015far\u0131 atar ve makinenin \u00e7evresindeki havan\u0131n solunabilir olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p><h3><strong>5.7 Film Se\u00e7imi:<\/strong><\/h3><p>5.7.1 Her \u00fcr\u00fcn i\u00e7in do\u011fru film t\u00fcr\u00fc se\u00e7ilmelidir. Yanl\u0131\u015f bir film se\u00e7ildi\u011finde, ya s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k sa\u011flanamaz ya da film \u00e7ok s\u0131k\u0131 b\u00fcz\u00fclerek ambalaj\u0131 ezebilir.<\/p><p>5.7.2 Sahada yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcr film vard\u0131r:<\/p><p>5.7.2.1 Poliolefin (POF): \u00c7o\u011fu ila\u00e7 ambalaj\u0131nda varsay\u0131lan olarak kullan\u0131lan filmdir. Toksik de\u011fildir, kolay bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir ve \u015feffaf bir b\u00fcz\u00fclme sonucu verir.<\/p><p>5.7.2.2 PVC: Daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli ambalajlarda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. PVC, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hidrojen klor\u00fcr salar; bu nedenle t\u00fcnel kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131k\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p><p>5.7.2.3 Polietilen (PE): A\u011f\u0131r paketler ve \u00e7oklu paket gruplar\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. PE, daha y\u00fcksek bir b\u00fcz\u00fclme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve daha uzun bir t\u00fcnel kalma s\u00fcresi gerektirir.<\/p><p>5.7.3 Her bir makarada tedarik\u00e7iye ait bir analiz sertifikas\u0131 bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r. Makara makineye yerle\u015ftirilmeden \u00f6nce sertifikay\u0131 parti kay\u0131tlar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rarak kontrol edin.<\/p><p>5.7.4 Yedek makaralar\u0131 25\u00b0C\u2019nin alt\u0131ndaki kuru bir yerde saklay\u0131n. S\u0131cak veya nemli ko\u015fullarda saklanan film, b\u00fcz\u00fclme haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 yitirir ve k\u00f6t\u00fc sonu\u00e7lar verir.<\/p><h3><strong>5.8 HMI Paneli:<\/strong><\/h3><p>5.8.1 Makinedeki HMI, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k istasyonunun \u00f6n taraf\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f renkli bir dokunmatik ekrand\u0131r. Ekran, seri ba\u011flant\u0131 yoluyla PLC ile ileti\u015fim kurar.<\/p><p>5.8.2 Anahtar \u015falterinden HMI\u2019yi a\u00e7\u0131n. Ba\u015flatma i\u015flemi yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 saniye s\u00fcrer.<\/p><p>5.8.3 Kendi kullan\u0131c\u0131 kimli\u011finizle oturum a\u00e7\u0131n.
