Vardiya ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce makinede \u201cTEM\u0130ZLENM\u0130\u015e\u201d durum etiketinin bulundu\u011funu do\u011frulay\u0131n.<\/p><p>5.2 Ekipman Kullan\u0131m G\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bir kay\u0131t girin. Makara g\u00f6be\u011fi, milin arka plakas\u0131na tam olarak yaslanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.1.2 Makara etiketindeki film t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve parti numaras\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin. Film, partiniz i\u00e7in Malzeme Listesi\u2019nde belirtilen filmle ayn\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.1.3 Filmi, makine kap\u0131s\u0131ndaki y\u00f6nlendirme \u015femas\u0131nda g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi gibi k\u0131lavuz silindirlerinden ge\u00e7irin.<\/p><p>5.6.1.4 Fren d\u00fc\u011fmesini kullanarak sarma gerginli\u011fini ayarlay\u0131n. Gev\u015fek film, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma s\u0131ras\u0131nda buru\u015facakt\u0131r. Is\u0131, film y\u00fczeyindeki vernik kaplamas\u0131n\u0131 eritir ve b\u00f6ylece iki taraf bas\u0131n\u00e7 alt\u0131nda birbirine kayna\u015f\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.2.2 Kontrol panelinden yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayarlay\u0131n. Geni\u015f bir oluk, her bir yuvaya iki adet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Kirli bir ray, besleme hatas\u0131na veya hatt\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na neden olabilir.<\/p><p>5.6.3.5 Her bir cepin bir \u00fcr\u00fcn birimini ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k yap\u0131lmadan k\u0131sa bir deneme \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Is\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7madan \u00f6nce besleyici ar\u0131zalar\u0131n\u0131 giderin.<\/p><h4><strong><b>5.6.4 Kesme ve Kabartma Aletleri:<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p>5.6.4.1 S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k i\u015flemi tamamland\u0131ktan sonra, s\u0131zd\u0131rmaz hale getirilmi\u015f tabaka bir kesme b\u0131\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n veya bir z\u0131mba kal\u0131b\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131ndan ge\u00e7er. Yanl\u0131\u015f plaka kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde her ambalaj \u00fczerine yanl\u0131\u015f bilgiler bas\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.4.4 Metin, filmi y\u0131rtmadan net bir \u015fekilde bas\u0131lacak \u015fekilde kabartma bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131 ayarlay\u0131n. Be\u015f deneme paketi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n ve metni b\u00fcy\u00fcte\u00e7 alt\u0131nda inceleyin.<\/p><p>5.6.4.5 Kesim alan\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm kesim art\u0131klar\u0131 toplanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Vardiya sonunda, ambalaj at\u0131klar\u0131 Standart \u0130\u015f Prosed\u00fcr\u00fcne (SOP) uygun olarak at\u0131klar bertaraf edilmelidir.<\/p><h3><strong>5.7 Conta Parametreleri:<\/strong><\/h3><p>5.7.1 \u0130yi bir s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k, \u00fc\u00e7 parametreye ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r: s\u0131cakl\u0131k, bas\u0131n\u00e7 ve bekleme s\u00fcresi. Her bir parametre, kullan\u0131lan film t\u00fcr\u00fcne ve \u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re ayarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.7.2 S\u0131cakl\u0131k, vernik kaplamas\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar eridi\u011fini belirler. Daha kal\u0131n filmlerin ise yap\u0131\u015fma mukavemetine ula\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in daha uzun bekletme s\u00fcresi gerekir.<\/p><p>5.7.5 Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda kontrol paneline \u00fc\u00e7 de\u011feri de girin. \u201cBa\u015flat\u201d d\u00fc\u011fmesine basmadan \u00f6nce bu de\u011ferlerin toplu paketleme kayd\u0131yla e\u015fle\u015fmesi gerekir.<\/p><p>5.7.6 \u0130ki film tabakas\u0131n\u0131 elle birbirinden ay\u0131rarak s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol edin. S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k sa\u011flamsa, film temiz bir \u015fekilde ayr\u0131lmak yerine y\u0131rt\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.7.7 Her kartondan bir ambalaj \u00fczerinde s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 testi yaparak m\u00fch\u00fcr kalitesini do\u011frulay\u0131n. Ambalaj\u0131 vakum alt\u0131nda metilen mavisi \u00e7\u00f6zeltisine dald\u0131r\u0131n ve boya s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin.<\/p><h3><strong>5.8 Kontrol Sistemi:<\/strong><\/h3><p>5.8.1 S\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k makinesindeki kontrol sistemi, \u00f6n panele monte edilmi\u015f bir dokunmatik ekran aray\u00fcz\u00fc kullan\u0131r. Aray\u00fcz, bir PLC \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve ortak bir veri yolu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla makinedeki t\u00fcm sens\u00f6rlere, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere ve \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na ba\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.8.2 Sistemi ana anahtar \u015falteriyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Aray\u00fczde \u00f6ny\u00fckleme logosu ve ard\u0131ndan oturum a\u00e7ma ekran\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclenecektir.<\/p><p>5.8.3 Ki\u015fisel kimlik bilgilerinizle oturum a\u00e7\u0131n. Kaydedilmi\u015f bir tarifi yaln\u0131zca Y\u00f6netici haklar\u0131na sahip kullan\u0131c\u0131lar d\u00fczenleyebilir.<\/p><p>5.8.4.3 Bak\u0131m: Makinenin bak\u0131m tarihlerini ve par\u00e7a de\u011fi\u015ftirme ge\u00e7mi\u015fini takip eder.<\/p><p>5.8.4.4 Rapor: Vardiyadaki t\u00fcm hata olaylar\u0131yla birlikte toplu i\u015f \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zetini yazd\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.8.4.5 Kullan\u0131c\u0131: Sistemdeki operat\u00f6r hesaplar\u0131n\u0131 ve eri\u015fim d\u00fczeylerini y\u00f6netir.<\/p><p>5.8.5 Bir trend grafi\u011fi, son 60 dakika boyunca elde edilen anl\u0131k s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve bas\u0131n\u00e7 de\u011ferlerini g\u00f6sterir.
