T\u0131k\u0131rt\u0131 veya g\u0131c\u0131rt\u0131 sesi, bir rulman\u0131n ar\u0131zaland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir.<\/p><p>5.6.3.5 So\u011futucu filtresini her ay temizleyin. T\u0131kanm\u0131\u015f bir filtre, ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr ve bobinin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131na neden olur.<\/p><h4><strong><b>5.6.4 Conta Alg\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ve Reddetme Kolu:<\/b><\/strong><\/h4><p>5.6.4.1 M\u00fch\u00fcrleme kafas\u0131n\u0131n hemen arkas\u0131nda bir m\u00fch\u00fcr dedekt\u00f6r\u00fc bulunur. Dedekt\u00f6r, her \u015fi\u015fenin folyo m\u00fchr\u00fcn\u00fcn eksiksiz oldu\u011funu do\u011frulamak i\u00e7in kapasitif bir sens\u00f6r kullan\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.6.4.2 Test ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce, d\u00fczg\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinen bir \u015fi\u015feyle dedekt\u00f6r\u00fc ayarlay\u0131n. Bu i\u015flem, ge\u00e7erli bir s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k i\u00e7in temel okuma de\u011ferini belirler.<\/p><p>5.6.4.3 Dedekt\u00f6r, s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k kusuru tespit etti\u011finde, eleme kolu devreye girer. Cam \u015fi\u015feler i\u00e7in plastik \u015fi\u015felerden farkl\u0131 bir astar gereklidir.<\/p><p>5.7.3 Her \u015fi\u015fe, ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131ndan do\u011fru h\u0131zda ge\u00e7melidir. \u00c7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 ge\u00e7ilmesi durumunda s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k sa\u011flanmaz. \u00c7ok yava\u015f ge\u00e7ilmesi durumunda ise astar yanabilir ve yap\u0131\u015fma zay\u0131flayabilir.<\/p><p>5.7.4 Ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki bekleme s\u00fcresi, folyo kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Standart bir folyonun m\u00fch\u00fcrleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 0,3 ila 0,8 saniye maruz kalmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p><p>5.7.5 Her partinin ilk 10 \u015fi\u015fesinde s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k testi yap\u0131n. Herhangi bir ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k durumunda, s\u00f6z konusu \u015fi\u015feler al\u0131konulur.<\/p><h3><strong>5.8 Is\u0131yla Yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma Modu:<\/strong><\/h3><p>5.8.1 Makine ayr\u0131ca folyo po\u015fetler, \u015fi\u015fe boynuna tak\u0131lan laminat kapaklar ve s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k presi gerektiren ROPP tipi metal kapaklar i\u00e7in do\u011frudan \u0131s\u0131 ile yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma i\u015flemini desteklemektedir.<\/p><p>5.8.2 HMI'da Is\u0131yla Yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma moduna ge\u00e7in. Bu i\u015flem, kafay\u0131 ind\u00fcksiyondan temasl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tma plakas\u0131na ge\u00e7irir.<\/p><p>5.8.3 Is\u0131tma plakas\u0131, belirlenen bir s\u00fcre boyunca s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k malzemesine do\u011frudan bask\u0131 uygular. Tipik ayarlarda 1 ila 2 saniye boyunca 150 ila 180 \u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131k kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p>5.8.4 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce plaka s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sabitlendi\u011finden emin olun. So\u011fuk bir plaka, ilk \u015fi\u015felerde zay\u0131f s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k sa\u011flar.<\/p><p>5.8.5 Is\u0131yla kapatma i\u015fleminden sonra her bir \u015fi\u015feyi kontrol edin.
