It features automatic filling, bottle inspection (no bottle, no filling), triple filling, dropping of nozzle covers, and perfume bottle module circulation; with its wide adaptability, it can meet all filling requirements of containers of different volumes.
Equipped with an air purifier, it offers quantitative filling, steady perfume flow, a rolling cover, sleeve, capping, rejection, labeling, finished product collection, and more.
The mold moves in a cycle, so it is convenient to change bottles, and the stepper motor filling volume can be adjusted quickly. The negative pressure device ensures consistent liquid fill levels; the manipulator puts the pump to pre-roll and increases the rolling pump speed.
The elastic rolling head avoids damaging bottle bodies.
The perfume filling and capping machine integrates light, machinery, electricity and gas with a high degree of automation, a high yield rate, wide adaptability and good stability. It uses PLC controls for simple operation and convenient adjustment.
