FTBTA-450 Shrink Wrapping Machine
This machine is made for large-scale shrink-wrap packaging in industries like stationery, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and hardware. It uses an imported PLC automatic control system(Germany), making it easy to operate. It has safety features and alarms to prevent accidental cutting of the packaging. The machine comes with imported horizontal and vertical photoelectric sensors, which can be easily switched. The FTBTA-450 also has a close-contact feature, designed especially for packing small items. The whole system can be connected to a production line for fully automatic, unmanned operation.

- Excellent for packaging different sizes without needing to change molds or bag makers. It features fully automatic operation with automatic film feeding, a perforation device, and an adjustable conveyor tableto boost work efficiency.
- Uses heat-resistant alloy blades coated with Teflon to ensure strong seals without melting the film or creating smoke. Equipped with an OMRON digital temperature controller and PID function, offering sensitive and precise temperature control with adjustable settings.
