Technical Data

1. The machine features a conical mixing bowl design for improved mixing uniformity. The bowl base incorporates a double-layer jacket with a built-in water circulation cooling system to enhance granule quality.

2. Designed to integrate with optional automatic feeding and binder addition systems, the unit supports automatic lid opening/closing and discharge. It includes an inbuilt automatic cleaning system, and the gap between the mixing paddle and the bowl bottom is kept within 1.5 mm to prevent material residue.

3. A uniquely designed drive shaft chamber combines mechanical sealing, air sealing, and isolation sealing to eliminate powder build-up and reduce the risk of material contamination due to seal wear.

4. The system adopts a PLC-based HMI (human-machine interface) control system, enabling endpoint monitoring during granulation, real-time data display, and storage, printing, or export of process parameters.

5. Equipped with hierarchical user access control, the system supports traceability and compliance with FDA and GMP certification requirements.
