How Does Universal Crusher Work
- Step 1. Feed: Materials are evenly fed into the crushing chamber through a hopper; some models are equipped with vibrating or screw feeders for smooth material flow.
- Step 2. Crush: High-speed rotating blades/hammers (3,000-10,000 RPM) apply impact and shearing forces to efficiently pulverize materials.
- Step 3. Sift: Crushed materials are graded through interchangeable screens, with oversized particles continuously recirculated until they reach the desired size.
- Step 4. Discharge: Powder granules meeting the size requirement pass through the screen into a collection unit. Advanced models feature cyclone separators for improved powder recovery.
- Step 5. Protect: Built-in overload protection and water-cooling systems ensure safe operation and prevent thermal degradation of heat-sensitive materials.
