Tommy, based in South Africa, plans to open a small pharmaceutical factory locally but has a limited budget. After learning about the client’s production scale and budget, our sales manager Mia promptly designed a turnkey solution. This includes a compact capsule packaging line composed of five key machines: a small V-mixer, an NJP-800 capsule filler, a polishing machine, a tablet counter, and a bag packaging machine.

Given the geographical distance, Tommy make a video call to inspect the equipment. We immediately arranged a live video tour from our factory, introducing three of the key machines and explaining their functions in detail.

Arfter video meeteing. Tommy and a colleague flew to China to personally test and adjust each piece of equipment. The Finetech team escorted the clients through our Wenzhou facility, demonstrating the operation of every pharmaceutical machine on site.

Highly satisfied with both the products and the service, Tommy soon entered into a partnership with Finetech. Upon receiving the contract, we immediately began production, testing, and packaging—ensuring each device was fully functional and intact before shipment to South Africa.
