FT-570D Blister Card Toothbrush Packing Machine

This is a high-efficiency blister packaging machine designed for Pharmaceuticals, hardware, home care, stationery, 3C digital accessories and other products packed into blister card. It uses servo drive and smart controls to quickly package single or multiple products in blister card. The machine works with PVC or aluminum foil blisters and heat-seals them onto rigid card backing.

The operation is simple, and it supports both intermittent and continuous production. It allows easy format changes to handle different product types. It meets hygiene standards, with optional FDA or CE certifications, Guarantee safe and reliable packaging.

1. The machine has a simple design and is easy to operate. It uses positive-pressure secondary forming, optical punching for hang-hole drilling, product conveying, feeding, card insertion, heat sealing, and finished product delivery. The whole mold set can be changed to package different products.

2. It’s stainless steel exterior looks good and is easy to clean. The system is highly automated and user-friendly, allowing products to be loaded either by hand or robotic arm.

3. It features variable frequency speed control, a color touchscreen, PLC control system, and a servo motor drive, making mold change easier and operation more precise.

4. Photoelectric sensors monitor materials. The machine sounds a mild buzzer alarm when PVC or paper material shortage. Its split-body design makes transport easier.
