  1. This machine is a fully automatic, high-speed transparent film packager that uses a flat-pushing method. All wrapping and heat-sealing actions are cam-driven, ensuring fast and stable operation.
  2. By changing molds, it can package items of different sizes. The newly designed quick-adjustment structure makes mold replacement easy and fast.
  3. It features an all-aluminum alloy film-cutting knife holder with a single rotary cutter, providing smooth, precise cutting. There is no need to change the cutting mechanism for different product sizes.
  4. Packaging speed is adjustable through a frequency converter, reaching 30 to 70 cellophanes per minute, depending on the product.
  5. Equipped with double-sided pleat-forming devices that make the film wrap tighter and more attractive.
  6. Includes a new quick-release pulling reel with composite, self-adhesive, laser anti-counterfeiting tear lines, offering effective anti-counterfeit and moisture-proof protection.
  7. Supports both automatic and manual feeding. The automatic feeding system can be connected to fully automated, unmanned production lines.
  8. The automatic feeding mechanism has a no-box stop function, torque overload protection against jams, and a dual-layer air-assist downward device.
  9. Constructed with imported stainless-steel integrated panels. The electrical box is mounted on top with a full aluminum trunk-style door for easy access.
