Application

1. This automatic cartoning machine is a horizontal, continuous, fully automatic system. It can automatically load products, fold leaflets, open cartons, place items with leaflets into cartons, print batch numbers, seal cartons, and output the packaged products.

2. It is suitable for packing blister packs, tubes, bottles, and sachet in industries like pharmaceuticals, food, daily essentials, chemicals, and hardware. The machine can connect with blister packers, filling machines, wrapping machines, or case packers to form a complete packaging line.

3.The machine has a detection and alarm system made up of sensors, photoelectric devices, fiber optic cables, and mechanical overload protection to keep operation safe.

4. Leaflets are supplied only when products are detected, and cartons open only when leaflets are detected. If a carton does not open or is loaded incorrectly, the machine sounds an alarm. It will automatically stop after repeated failures to detect leaflets or if overloaded.
