How Does Perfume Filling Machine Work

- Step 3. Liquid Filling: Pump/piston system draws perfume from the tank and dispenses preset volumes (1 mL-500 mL at±0.5% accuracy).
- Step 4. Anti-Drip Retraction & Cleaning: Nozzles retract with drip-free technology, while the optional UV/steam sterilization step maintains hygiene.
- Step 5. Capping Integration: Filled bottles move to the capping station for screw-on or snap caps (semi-and fully automatic options).
- Step 6. Quality Check: Weight sensors or vision systems verify fill levels and seal integrity.
- Step 7. Output: Finished products exit via conveyor for labeling/packaging.
