Anti-moisture Sealed Structure: The entire compression cavity is fully enclosed with transparent acrylic explosion-proof doors, matched with a sealed feeding hopper and an optional online dehumidification module, strictly controlling internal humidity to prevent effervescent powder deliquescence and early foaming reactions. All material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel with mirror polishing, corrosion-resistant to acidic raw materials.
Double Compression Heavy Pressure System: Supports max compression force up to 120 KN, far higher than ordinary tablet presses. Pre-compression removes air, main compression ensures tablet tightness without fragmentation, applied for large-size effervescent tablets (max tablet diameter up to 35mm).
PLC Touchscreen Intelligent Control: Color HMI touch panel one-key adjustment of turret speed, filling depth, compression pressure and tablet thickness. Avaliable stores multiple effervescent tablet formulas for fast batch switching; real-time monitoring of pressure deviation with automatic overload shutdown protection to avoid machine damage.
Low Defect Rate & Easy Maintenance: Polished customized punch-die tooling reduces tablet sticking; fully openable transparent cover for quick disassembly, cleaning and mold replacement. An independent oil-immersed sealed transmission system avoids lubricant cross-contamination, long service life.
Dust Recycling System: Built-in vacuum dust collector recycles overflow fine effervescent powder, cuts raw material waste, and keeps the workshop clean.
