Finetech providing plastic ampoule filling machine to clients in Argentina, fueling growth within South America’s beverage market.

Client Introduce
Alexander, our client from Argentina, running a health beverage factory locally specializing in oral nutrient solutions and health food products. He got in touch with the Finetech team via internet in November 2025.

Project Background
Mr. Alexander plan to replace glass ampoule with lower-cost plastic ampoule. However, he had stricter requirements for aseptic filling and plastic ampoule materials. To address this challenge, Finetech customized the ampoule filling solution:
- We recommended the client deploy a GMP-standard aseptic filling workshop to support production.
- The plastic ampoules use Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) as raw packaging material, which meets the requirements stipulated in USP <661.2>.
The liquid contact parts feature filling heads made of 316L stainless steel supplied by Tsingshan Holding Group.
An acrylic protective cover fully encloses the filling and sealing sections to prevent air contamination.
This integrated solution eliminates contamination risks on liquid-wetted components and enables proper setup of an aseptic filling environment.
Follow-up
After 6 months of communication and negotiation, our Argentine client finally placed the order for the first GGS-118P5 machine in May 2026. After a one-month production trial, the client’s products passed sanitary inspections by Argentine authorities and obtained market approval.

Second purchase
Thanks to the successful initial cooperation, the client expanded the purchase order in July. This time, he ordered the GGS240 series together with labeling machines to realize branded marketing.

Conclusion
Throughout the 8-month communication period, the Finetech team patiently addressed all the client’s inquiries and customized the best solution, ultimately earning client fully trust. If you have liquid filling requirements, welcome to contact us via our Contact page.
