CGN208D Semi-Auto Capsule Filling Machine With Button Type
The semi-automatic capsule filling machine fills powders or granules into empty capsules sized 000# to 5# with filling speed that reaches 30,000 capsules per hour. Different filling heads are available for different raw materials, keeping filling accuracy at ±3%.

1. Compared to older models, functions like capsule feeding, orientation, and vacuum separation are simple to operate, increasing the capsule feeding rate.
2. The new capsule orientation assembly uses a cylindrical pin design, cutting mold replacement and adjustment time from 30 minutes to 5–8 minutes.
3. The machine uses combined electric and air control, with an automatic electronic counter, and a programmable controller (PLC).
