The FT-09 Semi-Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is designed to fill and seal plastic and laminated tubes for creams, gels, ointments, and pastes.
This model supports a filling range from 6 ml to 250 ml. It can handle around 18 to 25 tubes per minute, depending on material type and operator speed. Moreover, filling accuracy is maintained at around ±1%.
As for tube compatibility, it ranges from 16 mm to 50 mm in diameter and up to 210 mm in length.
