The Liquid Capsule Filling Machine is designed to fill oils, liquid extracts, and viscous solutions into hard capsules with high precision and stability. It handles materials with a viscosity of up to 6000 mPa·s, making it suitable for a wide range of liquid-based formulations.
This machine works with both hard gelatin and HPMC vegetarian capsules, covering sizes from 000# to 5#. Filling volume can be adjusted between 0.15 mL and 2.0 mL using interchangeable pump components for precise control based on product requirements.
