This Softgel Counting Machine is ideal for accurate counting and bottling of softgel capsules in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production. Our machine is configured to handle soft gelatin capsules with controlled movement during counting and helps reduce surface damage, sticking, and miscounts.
Unlike standard tablet counters, this machine uses vibratory separation channels and gentle product transfer systems. It supports different capsule shapes, including oval, oblong, round, and transparent softgels. You can get 20 to 80 bottles out of it per minute during continuous production.
