FT-007 Ultrasonic Tube Sealing Machine
The FT-007 Ultrasonic Tube Sealing Machine is used for sealing plastic and laminated tubes after filling, using ultrasonic vibration instead of heat. It is suitable for creams, gels, ointments, toothpaste, and similar products where clean sealing and stable output are required.
The machine supports tube diameters from 13 mm to 50 mm and tube lengths up to 210-250 mm. Production capacity ranges from 8 to 12 tubes per minute, depending on operator handling and product type.
