This is the complete process of transporting and installing the equipment, mechanical system or automated production line into operation at the customer’s site. This stage is crucial to ensure that the equipment can operate safely, efficiently and stably.

Debugging is the process of system testing and adjustment conducted after the equipment is installed and before it is officially put into production, ensuring that the equipment can operate as intended. It includes:

Electrical connection and Inspection

We will confirm that the power supply and control circuits are correctly connected and will perform electrical safety tests such as insulation tests and grounding checks.

Control System Debugging

Function testing of control components such as PLC, HMI, sensors, and actuators.
Programming and logic verification to ensure the control system responds correctly.

Mechanical Operation Testing

No-load operation

Start the equipment without load to check that all components are operating normally.

Load testing

Gradually apply load to test the equipment’s performance under actual working conditions.

Performance Testing and Parameter Adjustment

Test various performance indicators such as speed, accuracy, stability, production capacity, etc.
Adjust equipment parameters according to test results to optimize operating status.

Safety and Interlock Testing

Tests of the emergency shutoff system, protective devices, and safety interlock systems.

Ensure the equipment can shut down safely in abnormal situations.

Final Acceptance According to Contract or Technical Agreement

Provide relevant documents such as operation manuals, maintenance manuals, electrical drawings, etc.
Officially deliver the equipment and enter the warranty or after-sales service stage.
