A Sachet Cartoning Machine automatically loads sachets into cartons, folds the cartons, and seals them in a continuous process. Engineered for versatility, it handles a wide range of sachet formats, including three‑side seal, four‑side seal, back seal, and flat sachets, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging lines.
The machine is available in two configurations, depending on production needs. The standard model operates at 30-80 cartons per minute, perfect for small-scale production. On the other hand, the high-speed model runs at 80-150 cartons per minute for higher output requirements.

Industry solutions include using pre-conditioning systems (degassing and flattening sachets before infeed), positive transfer tooling (combining grippers and guides instead of relying only on vacuum), and static control (using ionizing bars to prevent sticking).

Temperature: The sealing temperature might be too low (weak seal) or too high (burning through).
Dirty Jaws: Powder or residue on the sealing jaws prevents a proper seal. Clean them with a soft cloth.
Pressure: Ensure the sealing pressure is balanced on both sides.
Maintain humidity between 40-60%, ensure proper machine grounding, and install anti-static ionizing blowers near the hopper or sealing area.
