Our Sales Manager Mia learned about Elina’s demands and verified tablet dimensions, specs and shapes through a video call. We picked a set of tablet press punch tool from stock and ran production tests.
After Elina approved the tablet samples we delivered, we installed the same mould set on every tablet press.
