Finetech’s Tablet Sealing Machine plays a critical role in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food supplement, and healthcare packaging lines. It is used to create an airtight seal on containers holding tablets, capsules, softgels, gummies, and other solid-dose products.
This machine uses electromagnetic induction sealing technology, where an aluminum foil liner is bonded to the container. It creates a secure seal without direct contact, helping maintain product integrity. As for its production capacity, it can range from 20 to over 300 containers per minute.
