Adjustable packaging output: A rated capacity of approximately 2,000 blister sheets per hour, based on one sheet per cycle, supports routine batch packaging. Variable-frequency speed control lets operators adjust the production pace.
Product-specific blister formats: The maximum forming area is 70 × 100 mm, with a standard maximum forming depth of 12 mm. Customized depth and tooling can be discussed for your product dimensions.
Coordinated material feeding: Photoelectric control synchronizes packaging material feeding across machine stations. The system also incorporates automatic waste-edge punching.
Chain-driven transmission: A drive chain powers the main transmission shaft to coordinate machine movement. This arrangement supports steady operation throughout the packaging cycle.
Optional missing-product inspection: Tablet-missing detection and rejection can be specified to identify incomplete packs. Material-missing compensation is also available.
Optional printed-film registration: Photoelectric registration correction with stepper-motor traction helps align printed text and graphics with the blister format. Specify this option when packaging appearance requires controlled print positioning.
