Breaking News: Finetech wins its first blister packaging machine order from a US customer.
The American customer specializes in the production of pharmaceutical pills include tablet,capsule and other solid dosage forms. Driven by production capacity expansion and higher packaging quality requirements, they evaluated multiple equipment manufacturers around the world, and finally chose Finetech as their blister packing machine supplier(only 1).
According to the customer’s tablet requirment details, Finetech’s engineering team customized and modified the blister packaging machine. All parts in contact with materials are made of 316L pharmaceutical grade stainless steel, which fully complies with GMP standards. The machine realizes integrated procedures: automatic feeding, blister forming, tablet filling, heat sealing and cutting. It supports various blister specifications for tablet packaging, effectively improving production efficiency and reducing manual operation mistakes.
Besides equipment supply, Finetech also provides full technical support, including installation guidance, operator training and lifelong remote maintenance services to guarantee steady operation after delivery.
