Application

1. Utilizes a newly developed domestic transmission system, with a drive chain powering the main transmission shaft, eliminating the errors and noise typically associated with other gear-based transmissions.

2. Features an imported electrical control system, and can be optionally equipped with a material-missing compensation device, tablet-missing detection and rejection system (Omron sensors). An imported variable frequency drive is used for speed regulation.

3. Incorporates a photoelectric control system for automatic feeding of PVC, PTP, and tropical aluminum materials, along with an automatic waste edge punching system, ensuring long-distance, multi-station synchronous stability.

4. An optional photoelectric registration correction device is available, paired with an imported stepper motor for traction, enabling image-text alignment in printed packaging and enhancing product presentation quality.

5. Applicable industries: food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hardware, and electronics for blister sealing packaging.
