Cosmetic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
Finetech’s Cosmetic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is built for controlled tube filling and sealing across cosmetic production lines. Our system is configured to process plastic, laminate, and aluminum-plastic tubes.
The machine structure features a PLC control system with a 7-inch touchscreen and features both hot air and ultrasonic sealing methods. Moreover, it includes a 30-40 L hopper, operates at 0.55-0.65 MPa air pressure, and runs on a 380 V / 220 V power supply.

It supports plastic tubes, PE tubes, laminated tubes, aluminum-plastic composite tubes, widely used for cosmetic, skincare, toothpaste, ointment, and hand cream tubes.
