Our Tube Filling and Cartoning Machine is designed for automatic tube filling, sealing, and secondary cartoning operations. The system is commonly used for creams, gels, ointments, toothpaste, cosmetic products, adhesives, and pharmaceutical semi-solid materials. These are packed in plastic, laminated, or aluminum tubes.
The machine integrates tube loading, filling, sealing, batch coding, trimming, carton forming, leaflet insertion, and final cartoning functions. Depending on the product viscosity and tube size, our tube filling and cartoning machine can fill and pack 120 tubes per minute.
