Vibratory Fluidized Bed Dryer

9,600.00 USD

The Vibratory Fluidized Bed Dryer is used for drying powders, granules, and tablets by combining controlled airflow with mechanical vibration. In this process, hot air passes through the material bed from below, lifting and spreading the particles so they behave like a fluid. This increases the surface area exposed to heat.

What makes this system different is the added vibration. The vibration helps move the material forward while keeping it evenly distributed, which improves drying consistency and prevents clumping.

  • Control Over Drying Speed: By adjusting airflow (0.5-2.0 m/s) and vibration amplitude (3-8 mm), operators can control how long materials stay inside the system. With it, you can achieve the desired moisture level.
  • Multiple Heating Options: Supports steam, electric, or gas heating, making it easier to match existing plant utilities and reduce operational constraints.
  • Handles High Moisture Loads: Capable of evaporating 20 to 500 kg of moisture per hour, depending upon the model.
  • Easy to Operate: This machine includes a PLC control panel that makes it easy for anyone to control the entire process.

How does it work?
How does it work?

Vibration: Two vibration motors (or exciters) generate synchronized linear vibration (vertical + horizontal components). Vertical force fluidizes particles; horizontal force conveys them steadily from feed to discharge.
Fluidization: Heated air flows upward through a perforated bed plate, suspending particles in a fluid-like state to maximize heat/mass transfer.
Drying & Conveyance: Materials dry as they move; moist air is exhausted and filtered; dry product discharges continuously.
