American Customer Jack Selected Finetech as His Capsule Filler Supplier

Finetech supplies high-quality capsule filling trays to US clients for Amazon marketplace sales.

Jack is a pharmacist based in Wisconsin, USA. He has recently launched his online business “Amazon Online Store”. He plan to sell capsule filling trays across the United States.

First Contact

Jack soon learned about Finetech’s manufacturing expertise in capsule filling trays via online channels and sent his first inquiry in October 2025.

FDA Certified

Jack, as a first-time collaborator, He purchased 2 sets of ABS and acrylic capsule filling trays. Due to filler small size and light weight, we sent them via International Express. After receiving the fillers, Jack began quality testing, which included manually DIY hard capsules and sending samples to the local health department for quality inspection. After waiting over a month, the capsule filler finally passed the US FDA inspection and approved to be listed on the Amazon platform.

Second Collaboration

In April 2026, Jack contacted Tony Tao via WhatsApp and sent a purchase order for 40 manual capsule trays. We quickly sorted out products from our existing inventory and took photos for Jack to inspect. In addition, we included an instruction manual inside each capsule tray box to make it easy for Jack’s customers to understand and operate.
