Case Study: Argentine Client Bautita Places Order for Plastic Ampoule Filling Machine with Finetech

Finetech is delighted to announce today that we have obtained a new order for plastic ampoule filling and sealing equipment from our second client in Argentina.

Client Introduction

Mr. Bautista is a pharmacist in Argentina who runs a local veterinary pharmaceutical brand. He supplies veterinary medicinal solutions to customers across Argentina and Latin America. He contacted us through our first Argentine partner client Alexander(check report here) and shared detailed information about his products with us.

Customization Details

Mr. Bautista provided his plastic ampoule drawings that include: dimensions, volume specifications and the number of columns. The liquid to be filled is fipronil solution, which is mainly used for dogs and cats. All parts in contact with the liquid must be aseptic.

Finetech Solution

We designed moulds for plastic ampoules in accordance with the customer’s drawings and carried out trial production to ensure consistent dimensions.

Due to the special properties of the liquid, we replaced the filling nozzles with 316L stainless steel to prevent chemical reactions.

We also recommended a supplier which support aseptic workshop solution to the customer, helping him set up an aseptic filling production environment.

Follow-up

Mr. Bautista highly recognized Finetech’s solution and promptly paid the deposit to enable us to proceed with equipment manufacturing.

After 25 days of assembly and production, we completed the FAT on August 15, and the machine is ready for shipment to Argentina.
