Rotary Blister Packing Machine
Our Rotary Blister Packing Machine is designed for high-speed blister packaging of tablets, capsules, softgels, ampoules, syringes, and other solid-dose products. Unlike flat-plate blister machines, rotary machines use continuously rotating forming and sealing stations.
The machine forms blister cavities from PVC, PVDC, PET, PP, or aluminum-based materials before placing products into each pocket and sealing them with lidding foil. Additionally, depending on the model, production capacities typically range from 10,000 to over 300,000 blister packs per hour.
