Workflow

• Step 1: Tablet Loading: Tablets are fed into the system from upstream or storage containers. The feeding unit regulates flow to avoid damage.
• Step 2: Controlled Distribution: Then, tablets pass through guiding channels or vibratory systems that separate and align them. This prepares them for accurate counting.
• Step 3: Primary Packaging: Depending on the setup, tablets are either counted into bottles or placed into formed blister cavities.
• Step 4: Sealing and Closure: Packages are sealed using heat, pressure, or capping systems. It secures the product and protects it from contamination.
• Step 5: In-Line Inspection: Sensors and inspection units check for errors such as incorrect counts or sealing issues. Any faulty pack is removed automatically from the line.
• Step 6: Secondary Packaging: Finished packs are transferred into cartons or grouped for further packaging. Leaflet insertion and coding can also be added at this stage.
• Step 7: Final Discharge: The completed products exit the line and move toward case packing or storage.
