Counting Bottling Line
Finetech’s Counting Bottling Line automates the process of counting, filling, sealing, capping, labeling, and packaging solid-dose products into bottles. This production line is commonly used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, vitamin, and dietary supplement manufacturing facilities where accurate product counting is essential.
Instead of operating multiple standalone machines, the counting bottling line combines bottle feeding, product counting, filling, capping, induction sealing, labeling, and inspection into one coordinated system.
Based on production requirements, the line can be configured for plastic bottles, glass bottles, HDPE containers, PET bottles, and other packaging formats. It can also be integrated with desiccant inserters, cotton inserters, checkweighers, vision inspection systems, and cartoning equipment to create a complete packaging solution.

Workflow of this Machine
- Step 1: Bottle Feeding: Empty bottles are loaded into the bottle unscrambler, which automatically orients and transfers containers onto the production conveyor.
- Step 2: Product Feeding: Tablets, capsules, or other products are loaded into the counting machine hopper.
- Step 3: Electronic Counting: The counting unit uses optical or electronic sensors to count the required number of products for each bottle.
- Step 4: Bottle Filling: Counted products are discharged into waiting bottles through dedicated filling channels.
- Step 5: Capping and Sealing: Filled bottles move to the capping station where closures are applied and tightened.
- Step 6: Labeling and Coding: Labels, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry information are applied to bottles through integrated labeling and coding equipment.
- Step 7: Inspection and Rejection: Inspection systems monitor count accuracy, cap placement, label position, and package integrity. Bottles that do not meet requirements can be automatically removed from the line.
- Step 8: Final Output: Finished bottles are discharged onto the collection conveyor and transferred toward cartoning, case packing, palletizing, or shipment preparation areas.
