Workflow of This Machine
- Step 1: Ampoule Feeding: Ampoules are loaded into the feeding system, where they are automatically oriented and transferred onto the conveyor.
- Step 2: Inspection and Positioning: The ampoules then pass through an inspection station where alignment is checked. Only correctly positioned ampoules move forward.
- Step 3: Blister Forming: Here, the forming station heats and shapes the packaging material (Alu-PVC or Alu-Alu) into blister cavities. These cavities are designed to securely hold each ampoule in place.
- Step 4: Ampoule Placement: Ampoules are placed into the formed blister cavities using a guided positioning system.
- Step 5: Sealing Process: A sealing system applies controlled heat and pressure to seal the blister with aluminum foil. This creates an airtight and secure package that protects the contents.
- Step 6: Blister Cutting: The sealed blister sheet is cut into individual packs or required formats. This cutting system helps clean the edges of the blister packs.
- Step 7: Cartoning: Blister packs are automatically transferred into cartons, with optional leaflet insertion. It organizes the product for secondary packaging.
- Step 8: Final Output: Finished cartons are discharged from the system, ready for case packing, storage, or distribution.
