Client Background
The Azerbaijan customer is a local small pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in nutritional supplements and health‑care products. Recently, they launched new packaging for 60-capsule bottles. So, they need a tablet bottle counting machine to fill new packaging. They decided to attend the 2026 CPHI & PMEC exhibition in Shanghai, China, hoping to purchase a fully automatic tablet counter on-site.
First Contact
On the last day of the show, the Azerbaijan client’s team came to our booth at Hall N3 for an on-site running test. We took off the capsule counting machine cover and demonstrated its internal photoelectric sensor. We guide customer how to set filling parameters and doing trial runs.
The client poured out pills from each bottle and double-checked every count manually. They confirmed all counts were correct. And keep going with negotiations on the Machine details with the finetech team.
Transaction Details
After the Azerbaijan client returned to their home country, we held multiple rounds of follow-up communications. We finally closed the deal at a price satisfactory to both of us.
We conducted Factory acceptance test (FAT) on our in-stock equipment and modified the power circuit to match the standard voltage and capacitance specifications of Azerbaijan. The goods were shipped within seven days after the order.
After a half-month transit period, the client successfully received the machine. Finetech immediately arranged an online video conference to provide comprehensive operational guidance, including button parameter settings, online assembly procedures, and daily equipment maintenance.
Conclusion
Thanks to CPHI, we were fortunate to establish business cooperation with this client from Azerbaijan. In the near future, we will keep optimize our photoelectric sensing technology reach to 100% counting accuracy and win trust from more customers.
