Workflow
- Step 1: Bottle Feeding: Empty containers enter through the feeding system, where they are aligned and positioned for further processing.
- Step 2: Cleaning and Preparation: Before filling, containers pass through a cleaning stage to remove dust or particles.
- Step 3: Filling or Counting Stage: Depending on the product, bottles receive either a measured liquid dose or a counted quantity of tablets or capsules.
- Step 4: Moisture Protection: For products sensitive to humidity, desiccants are introduced into bottles during the process.
- Step 5: Closure Application: Caps are applied and tightened using controlled torque. Proper closure keeps the content secure.
- Step 6: Sealing Process: Induction sealing adds a protective foil layer inside the cap to create a tamper-evident barrier.
- Step 7: Labeling and Identification: Labels carrying product information, batch details, and codes are applied to each bottle.
- Step 8: Inspection and Removal: Quality checks run alongside production to identify issues such as incorrect filling or loose caps. Any non-compliant unit is removed without interruption.
- Step 9: Secondary Packaging: Finished bottles move forward for cartoning and case packing.
