Finetech supplies automatic cartoning machines for blisters, bottles, tubes, pouches, sachets, food products, and personal-care goods. We match the cartoner to product orientation, carton dimensions, leaflet format, closing method, line speed, and inspection needs. Horizontal, vertical, intermittent, and continuous options are available. Support includes layout review, trials, commissioning, and operator training.
The automatic cartoning machine picks flat carton blanks from the hopper, open the cartons, loads products and all approved inserts, and finally seals the cartons. Sealing methods include tuck-in, adhesive bonding, or a combination of both. Sensors monitor critical steps throughout the entire operation cycle. After finished cartons exit the machine, they are ready for subsequent processes such as coding, inspection, bundling and case packing.
Automatic carton feeding, loading, and closing reduce manual handling. The line can maintain a steadier output during longer production runs.
Controlled carton erection and closing support square packs, neat flaps, and repeatable product placement for downstream handling.
Sensors can verify cartons, products, and leaflets at critical stations. Configured reject controls isolate incomplete or faulty packs.
Carton quality, product orientation, and leaflet behavior directly affect machine performance. Finetech reviews physical samples, drawings, board weight, flap style, closing method, and upstream discharge. We then coordinate the infeed, magazine, pusher, leaflet unit, coding position, and line controls to align with the approved pack.

High Speed Cartoning Machine is built to handle large volumes of products with fast, continuous packaging performance. It typically operates at 150 to 400+ cartons per minute,
The Intermittent Cartoning Machine is a professional stop-and-go packaging equipment, widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and daily chemical industries.
Applied for packing toothpaste tubes, cosmetic cream tubes, ointment tubes, and other plastic/aluminum composite tubes.
Made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, it complies with CE, GMP, and ISO standards.
Applied for packing glass bottles, plastic bottles and PET bottles of different specifications (such as beverage bottles, medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles and condiment bottles).
Widely used in secondary packaging of products
The magazine holds flat blanks and presents them to the pickup mechanism. Adjustable guides keep the stack aligned as cartons are consumed.
Vacuum pickup and opening controls form each blank into a square carton. Sensors confirm successful opening before loading continues.
Belts, buckets, timing screws, or custom fixtures organize products before insertion. The design reflects product shape and upstream delivery.
A compatible feeder folds and places instructions with the product. Detection can verify leaflet presence before the carton is closed.
Pushers or vertical loading mechanisms transfer the product without unnecessary impact. Correct timing prevents jams and damaged cartons.
Machines can tuck flaps, apply hot-melt adhesive, or combine methods. The closing system is selected around the carton design.
Sensors monitor carton, product, and leaflet conditions. Faulty packs can be stopped or diverted according to the configured inspection logic.
Operators access speed, timing, alarms, and format settings through the interface. Stored recipes support controlled repeat production.
Interlocked guards protect moving assemblies. Practical access helps teams clear jams, clean contact areas, change formats, and perform maintenance.

The intermittent vs continuous motion cartoning machine decision shapes far more than just output numbers. It affects how often you can change formats, how many rejects you can expect, and
Cartoning machines help increase business productivity and reduce labor costs. However, when you go to
Modern pharmaceutical industries are redefining the manual labor involved in traditional packaging. In this sector,

Start with product and carton samples, required speed, loading direction, leaflet needs, closing style, and line layout.
Horizontal cartoners insert products from the side. Vertical machines load through the open top, often using gravity or assisted placement.
Yes, within the machine’s range. Each size may require guide adjustments, recipe changes, and dedicated format parts.
Board stiffness, grain direction, coating, crease quality, and dimensional consistency all matter. Samples should be tested before approval.
Yes. A matched leaflet feeder can fold and insert instructions, with sensors available to check leaflet presence.
Warped blanks, weak creases, excess coating, poor magazine setup, and vacuum problems can interfere with carton erection.
Sensors monitor selected stations and can stop the cycle or reject the carton when a product is absent.
Yes. The infeed and control signals can be designed around the upstream machine’s discharge pattern and speed.
Timing depends on the number of change parts, access, carton size difference, and verification procedure. Planned settings reduce delays.
Provide product, carton, and leaflet samples or drawings, desired output, closing method, utilities, and line arrangement.
Finetech can support installation, commissioning, training, troubleshooting, spare parts, and new-format development.
