Workflow
- Step 1: Film Unwinding and Feeding: Packaging film is loaded onto the machine and fed into the system with controlled tension. It is important for proper alignment during forming.
- Step 2: Sachet Forming: The film is shaped into a pouch using forming collars based on the selected sachet design (3-side, 4-side, or center seal).
- Step 3: Filling Process: The product is dispensed into the formed sachets using the appropriate filling system. The filling volume is controlled to maintain consistency across all sachets.
- Step 4: Sealing Stage: Filled sachets are sealed using heated jaws that apply pressure and temperature to create a secure seal. This prevents leakage and protects the content.
- Step 5: Cutting and Separation: Sealed sachets are cut into individual units using synchronized cutting mechanisms.
- Step 6: Discharge and Collection: Finished sachets are discharged onto a conveyor or collection system. They are then ready for further packaging.
- Step 7: Secondary Packaging Integration: Sachets can be transferred to cartoning or case packing systems, where they are grouped and packed for distribution.
