Charlie, a supplement manufacturer based in the UK, had developed a new capsule supplement for launch and was sourcing capsule filling equipment for small-scale production. He reached out to us via our official website with his enquiry. Finetech promptly assigned our sales manager Mia to communicate with Charlie and develop a tailored solution. Once all specifications were finished, the client arranged his China based purchasing agent to talk with us and monitor the production progress of the semi-automatic capsule filling machine.
Follow-up
After delivery, the equipment successfully passed the FAT test and has been put into operation at the client’s facility.
