Milk Packaging Line
The Milk Packing Line has been developed to manage the complete handling and packaging process of liquid milk from storage to sealed output. This production line is commonly installed in dairy processing plants and other factories handling dairy operations.

In this production line, you get a combination of machines, including milk feeding, filtration, buffer storage, sealing, coding, and final discharge. The entire process operates through a connected workflow that keeps production stable.
Additionally, this line supports various packaging formats, including milk pouches, bottles, cups, and sachets. It can also be integrated with chilling systems, data coding units, labeling stations, and carton packaging systems.

- Integrated Liquid Transfer System: The line uses food-grade transfer pipelines and controlled pumping systems to move milk between different stages. This helps maintain cleaner production conditions.
- Stainless Steel Construction: All contact components are manufactured using food-grade stainless steel suitable for dairy processing environments. The structure supports regular washdowns and cleaning procedures.
- CIP Cleaning Compatibility: The system supports Clean-in-Place (CIP) integration for internal cleaning of pipelines, tanks, and filling sections without complete disassembly.
- Stable Liquid Filling System: To maintain smooth, controlled milk flow during operation, this machine has a stable filling system. It reduces overflow, splashing, and inconsistent filling levels.
- PLC and HMI Control Interface: The line operates through a PLC-based control system with an operator-friendly touchscreen interface. Production speed, filling volume, sealing settings, and operational status can be adjusted in real time.
- Low Maintenance Machine Layout: Important components such as pumps, nozzles, conveyors, and sealing units are positioned for easier inspection and servicing.
Applications
- Dairy Processing Plants: This milk packing line is commonly installed in dairy production facilities where milk must move through filling, sealing, and packaging under hygienic conditions.
- Pasteurized Milk Packaging: Suitable for facilities handling pasteurized milk where secure sealing is necessary for maintaining quality. The line supports pouch, bottle, and cup packaging formats used in retail milk distribution.
- Dairy Beverage Production: Can also be used for flavored milk, dairy drinks, and liquid nutritional beverages. Adjustable filling settings allow manufacturers to handle different product viscosities.
Workflow
- Step 1: Milk Reception: Raw or processed milk is transferred into storage tanks connected to the production line.
- Step 2: Filtration and Transfer: Milk passes through the filtration and transfer sections to remove unwanted particles and maintain stable product movement toward the filling system.
- Step 3: Container or Pouch Feeding: Empty pouches, bottles, or cups are automatically loaded and aligned on the conveyor system.
- Step 4: Filling Operation: The filling unit dispenses controlled quantities of milk into each package using synchronized liquid dosing systems.
- Step 5: Sealing and Closure: Filled packages move toward the sealing or capping sections. Pouches are heat-sealed, while bottles and cups are closed using capping or lid application systems.
- Step 6: Coding and Labeling: Batch details, manufacturing dates, and expiry information are printed onto the packaging material.
- Step 7: Inspection and Rejection: Sensors monitor fill levels, sealing quality, and package positioning during operation.
- Step 8: Final Discharge: Finished milk packages are discharged onto the conveyor and transferred into cartons and crates.
