Workflow of this Machine

  • Step 1: Product Feeding: Bulk material is transferred from upstream storage or processing systems into the feeding section. The system regulates product flow before weighing and filling begin. 
  • Step 2: Bag Feeding and Positioning: Empty bags are loaded into the machine and automatically positioned at the filling station. 
  • Step 3: Weighing Process: The weighing unit measures the required product quantity before filling. It maintains controlled dosing accuracy based on preset parameters. 
  • Step 4: Bag Filling: Measured product is discharged into the bag through the filling nozzle or transfer section. 
  • Step 5: Sealing or Stitching: Filled bags move toward the sealing section, where they are stitched, heat sealed, or folded, depending on the packaging format and material type. 
  • Step 6: Inspection and Checkweighing: Optional inspection systems check package weight, sealing quality, and bag positioning. Incorrect bags are automatically removed from the production flow if needed.
  • Step 7: Palletizing: Finished bags are transferred through conveyor systems toward palletizing, wrapping, storage, or shipment preparation areas.
