Built for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and healthcare manufacturers, the machine helps transform bulk tablets into retail-ready pouches with minimal manual intervention.
You can easily configure the machine for single-dose packs, sample packs, travel packs, and retail packaging formats. There are also optional features such as nitrogen flushing, date coding, perforation systems, and multi-lane production.

Tablets are fed from a hopper into a vibratory bowl or rotary disc feeder that aligns them into single-file tracks. Several counting methods are used:
Photoelectric sensors: Count tablets as they break a light beam.
Rotary / Slat counters: Mechanical pockets on a rotating disc physically separate a precise number of tablets per cycle.
Camera-based vision systems (advanced): Verify count and tablet integrity before sealing.
Most machines allow adjusting the number of tablets per pouch (e.g., 1, 2, 10, or more).
Emergency stop buttons at multiple locations.
Full guarding with interlocked safety switches on doors; opening a guard stops the machine immediately.
