Client Background
The Romanian client run a health supplement manufacturing plant locally, specializing in nutritional supplements, herbal capsules and related healthcare products. The company purchased one fully automatic NJP-1200 capsule filling machine from Finetech in April 2026, which successfully passed the FAT test in China. The equipment was officially put into production at their facility in June. However, The plant staff not received systematic training on the NJP-1200 and lack proficiency in operating skill. For this reason, the Romanian client extended a technical support request to Finetech.
Commissioning & Training Process
After fully understanding the client’s requirements, our Technical Director Tommy Chen flew directly to the Romanian factory. He conducted comprehensive debugging test and support operation training for the customer employee from July 11 to 20.
Within one week of deeply training, the factory operators quickly undestanding the complete guide of SOPs covering machine operation, routine maintenance and fault troubleshooting.
