Temperatura: The sealing temperature might be too low (weak seal) or too high (burning through).
Dirty Jaws: Powder or residue on the sealing jaws prevents a proper seal. Clean them with a soft cloth.

Maintain humidity between 40-60%, ensure proper machine grounding, and install anti-static ionizing blowers near the hopper or sealing area.
