Gummy Counting Machine
This Gummy Counting Machine is developed for accurate counting and bottling of gummies, soft candies, vitamin gummies, and other sticky edible products. Unlike standard tablet counters, this machine is configured specifically for handling soft and adhesive materials that normally create counting issues.

The system uses vibratory feeding channels, photoelectric counting sensors, and anti-clumping mechanisms to maintain stable separation. It supports gummies ranging from 2 mm to 35 mm in size and can operate at speeds of up to 80 to 120 bottles per minute.
